You may return some item(s) within 60 days from when the order was placed. if you have not paid for the return premium, we will issue a full product fee to you, including the shipping handing fee 4.99 USD.

1.Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us at email sellerchina@hotmail.com. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

2.Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.Choose USPS Retail Ground Postal service, Drop off your package at the local post office.

3.Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund （products fee+ return shipping cost） to your account in accordance to our return conditions.
