1. Exchange Policy
Within 15 days from the date of purchase, we provide one exchange service (excluding custom-made products). Meanwhile, we offer a three-month exchange guarantee for all customers to cover quality-related issues.

2. One-Year Warranty Service
All JUXUAN jewelry purchases are eligible for a comprehensive one-year warranty, which includes free repairs for the following issues: oxidation, discoloration, falling-off of gemstones or pearls, broken clasps, and product deformation.
Please note that our one-year warranty does not cover: repair of surface scratches, product refinishing, loss of parts, as well as deformation or damage caused by improper use by customers. We recommend that you take good care of your jewelry to maintain its exquisite texture and intact condition. 3. Service Instructions After Warranty Expiration
If your jewelry requires maintenance after the one-year warranty period (e.g., surface scratches or other natural wear and tear caused by daily wear), our after-sales service team will conduct a careful professional assessment for it. We specifically provide an exclusive repair service.
4. Free Exclusive Services
We provide customers with exclusive free services to ensure the long-lasting charm of jewelry. This service includes professional cleaning and maintenance available at all our boutiques worldwide. Due to the inherent malleability of silver jewelry, ear pins and bracelet clasps may bend if not properly stored.
